The Baltimore Area Convention & Visitors Association (BACVA) respects and protects the privacy of all our customers. Because your privacy and questions are very important to us, we have provided the following notice explaining our online return policy, privacy and information practices to you. Our Returns Policy.

You may return items sold by Baltimore Area Convention & Visitors Association within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
• Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged.

Refunds.
Membership dues will be refunded if membership is canceled within two weeks of our receiving payment.

Eligibility.
Our goods and services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our goods and services are not available to minors under the age of 18. By visiting this web site and/or making any purchases through this web site, you represent to us that you can form legally binding contracts under applicable law, and that any and all data you have provided, or will provide, to us via this site, such as your name, address and billing information, is complete and accurate.

Why do we collect customer information?
We collect customer information because it is our goal to provide you with the best products, services, promotions, contests and customer service that we could possibly provide, as well as to improve your experience at Baltimore.org.
